Roles required for assessment and how to become an assessor.
Assessors typically work in product or delivery roles, but can come from any profession.
Required roles for an assessment panel:
- Lead assessor (chairs the assessment and submits the report)
- User Researcher
- Technologist
- Performance Analyst
- Designer

To become an assessor:

- Observe 2 assessments
- Shadow 1 assessment with an experienced assessor
